If you know me, you probably know I like "T-Amps." Those little Class-D marvels based on the Tripath chips. In fact, my website about modifying and improving the Sonic Impact and Trends T-Amps became quite a hit. Over a million page views to date.
I also had a number of Tamp
designs out in the wide world. The Octopus amp, the Sonic and Trends mods, the
signature edition.
But I like tube amps and Class-A solid state, too. Below you will find some
amps I've heard or built and really like.

Class-A solid state. A grand classic from the 1980s. Still one of my favorites,
still a reference.
